■ About our Lab.

QUANTUMM Lab. (QUANTum beam Utilization for Material Modification Lab.) is established in Department of Quantum System Engineering, College of Engineering, Jeonbuk National University (JBNU), Jeonju-si, South Korea.

 

We study the Synthesis & Application of Advanced Materials and Modification of their properties using Irradiation technology (electron-, proton-, ion-, photon-beam).

 

Also, we use conventional chemical and physical methods for Synthesis & Application of Carbon, Polymer, Composite, and Semiconductors.

 

■ Looking for:

Graduate student (MS, Ph.D)

-  Language requirement: TOFEL iBT 71 or IELTS 5.5 or TEPS 60 or New TEPS 326

-  Only students residing in Korea can apply for this opening (2023 Fall)

  

■ Research Topic:

- Dispersion of carbon nanotube (CNT) and fabrication of CNT-polymer composites

- Deuteration of organic materials and their characterization
