§  Research Field

- Epitaxial growth of oxide thin films using Pulsed Laser Deposition 

- Emergent physics by atomic-scale structure control/ Interface engineering/ Strain engineering

- Quantum transport based on 2D electron gas & related device applications

- Ferroelectric/ferromagnetic tunnel junctions, & non-volatile memory 

- Oxide-based memristors and neuromorphic device applications
