Postdoc position
First of all, we want to inform the new applicants that we have been quite successful in the ongoing work under the same program, in that the 2017 KRF fellow has been actively involved in the computational material science, physics, and chemistry in my lab.
We have published many papers in ACS Nano, Small, J. Mat. Chem. A, etc for the cowork with a sophiscated experimental group in the area of electrochemical/photoelectrochemical hydrogen/CO2 reduction and secondary battery. You can contact with Dr. Debela at debelatt@gmail.com for that.
In addition, we have also published purely theoretical papers on the electronic structure and ferroelectricity of 2D materials as a cover article in J. Mat. Chem. C.
Postdoc position is
available in the Theoretical Nano Materials & Energy Lab of Jeonju
University, who can be involved in the theoretical and computational works in the field mentioned above for the current fellow.
We are looking for a motivated applicant who
can work both independently and collaboratively. We will develop a proposal and
apply for NRF fellowship.
Qualifications: PhD degree in physics, Chemistry,
Materials Science or closely related fields, with a background in solid state
or chemical physics. Previous experience with electronic structure calculations on the solid. Also required is programming in V or other language..
